Flowmap: From the idea to the label
Step by step to the finished label. The entire process is illustrated here, from the idea to consultation, design and production through to delivery to the customer.
Idea & label selection
In the first step, when the customer comes to us with an idea, the focus is on checking it. We take the time to understand the customer’s idea in detail and clarify the requirements for the desired label together.
Advice, calculation and quotation
Here, the customer is given detailed advice on selecting the right label. A calculation is made, taking into account the effort and cost of the project, and an offer is then prepared for the customer.
Print data coordination and design
In this step, the print data is either provided by the customer or an individual label is designed and coordinated based on the customer’s requirements.
Plate creation and print approval
Once the print data has been agreed, the customer approves the print. The printing plates are then created fully automatically and sent on to production.
Production
The production of the label takes place on one of the printing machines, further steps such as punching, cutting, drilling, laser cutting, rubber cords or even mounting on bars are carried out depending on the type of label selected.
Packaging and shipping to the customer
Finally, the finished label is carefully bundled and packaged and sent to the customer to ensure safe delivery.
